About us
The g7+ foundation was formed in 2010, and it is an intergovernmental voluntary organisation, that seeks to aid vulnerable countries affected by conflict or recovering from it.
In 2018, it was recognized the need for an European centre, in order to facilitate European and international dialogue, which would give more support to the secretariat in Dili. Thus, the European delegation, “g7+ Lisbon Foundation” was created in Lisbon, Portugal.
The Foundation has 20 member-countries, which are scattered all around the world: Afghanistan, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Haiti, Liberia, Papua New Guinea, Sao Tome and Principe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Timor Leste, Togo and Yemen.
